MARK TINDALL, BRENDA TINDALL and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

TO: MARK TINDALL and BRENDA TINDALL
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MONTCLAIR LAKE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 11, Montclair Lake Townhomes - Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 141. Page 82, of the Public Records of Pinellas Conty, Florida. With the following street address: 2280 Montview Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
