YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, COVE CAY VILLAGE I ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 704, COVE CAY CONDOMINIUM TWENTY-SIX SEVENTEEN, VILLAGE I, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 61, inclusive, and all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3930, Page 752, and any and all amendments thereto; all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2617 Cove Cay Dr., #704, Clearwater, Florida, 33760
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff Gross, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
