Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, BEACH HOUSE 78TH LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, JASON WHITE, DAVID BAXTER, JOHN FEDORONKO, ST. JO-MAR CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT KEHR-ORZECHOWSKI. Ken Burke, Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
