NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2026 CA 000168 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF AND WITH RESPECT TO AJAX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2023-B, MORTGAGEBACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2023-B, Plaintiff, and GLENROY E. MULLINGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLENROY E. MULLINGS, are Defendants.
TOM BEXLEY, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.flagler.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of November, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
