Villanueva Ordonez a/k/a Jonathan V. a/k/a Jonathan Ariel Villanueva Ordonez; Evelyn Ospina Mejia a/k/a Evelyn Ospina a/k/a Evelyn Victoria Ospina Mejia; Coquina Cove Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Laura Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of February, 2027, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
