Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment on Counts I, VIII, and X, and Assessment of Attorneys’ Fees (“Final Judgment”), dated October 13, 2026, in Case No. 2026-CA-004234-O of the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida in which CENTENNIAL BANK, the Plaintiff and WAG BAR LLC, BARKHAVEN LLC, JACOB A. KUWIK, JONATHAN S. KUKER, and KYLE M. KLINGER, the Defendants, Joyce Boudoin, Clerk Ad Interim, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 17, 2026, the following-described property set forth in the order of the Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Bark Haven, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 58, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
