NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated August 6, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25001259CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MELODY LEE ARQUILLO, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ROGER D. EATON, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Charlotte County’s On Line Public Auction website: https://charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 01, 2027, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE to-wit:
