The administration of the Estate of Janell Duane Case, deceased, File Number 26-796-CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 350 E. Marion Ave. Punta Gorda, FL 33950. The names and addresses of the petitioner and the petitioner’s attorney are set forth below.
