NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25001797CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JOHN I. O’DONNELL, SOLE TRUSTEE OF THE BARBARA C. COLVILLE-O’DONNELL LIVING TRUST AS RESTATED AND AMENDED MARCH 19, 1998, JOHN I. O’DONNELL, CITY OF PUNTA GORDA and PUNTA GORDA ISLES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11 :00 o’clock A.M. on November 25, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
