Lot 16, Block C, Floridana Mobile Homesite Subdivision, Section One, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with the 1973 Bell single-wide mobile located therein, VIN 12561076, Title No. 5855773.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of November 2026. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
