NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated October 13, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026CC001782 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on November 17, 2026, the following described property:
UNIT 118, SHADOW BROOK MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 808, PAGES 546 THROUGH 646 , INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 117 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ANY IMPROVEMENTS SITUATED ON OR AFFIXED TO THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY MOBILE HOME AND ATTACHMENTS OR ACCESSORIES THERETO.
