NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated October 06, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025CA003386A000BA of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MARIA MELENDEZ SANCHEZ AND HECTOR A. MELENDEZ, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County’s On Line Public Auction website: https://polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 05, 2027, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE to-wit:
