NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025CA002982A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Mikheili Kupatadze; Melba Kupatadze are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, HIGHLAND GROVES SUBDIVISION (UNRECORDED) AS PER THE MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1711, PAGE 1989, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: THE EAST 140 FEET OF THE WEST 485 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 590 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST. SUBJECT TO A 7.50 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST SIDE THEREOF.
