Defendant.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Sarasota Lakes Co-op, Inc., a Florida corporation has filed an eviction action concerning the following property, together with its appurtenant certificate share, located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit #24, Sarasota Lakes Co-op, a Cooperative, according to its Amended and Restated Form of Proprietary Lease recorded in the Official Records at Instrument 92128600, Book 2450, Page 2591, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and otherwise identified as 1674 University Parkway, Lot #24, Sarasota, Florida 34243 and its appurtenant share, Certificate #24.
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
