NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 15, 2026, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 16, 2026 at 9:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 8, NORTH RIVERSIDE PARK, PLAT BOOK VOLUME 1, PAGE 166.
