Unit 1323, Building 1300, Veranda IV at Heritage Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument 2000015022, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 34, pages 24, 24A through 24F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
