Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 36, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET, CORRECTED PLAT OF BAY POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
