NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 15, 2026, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-008234, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 BKM-TT-V is the Plaintiff, and MARCI MADDRON, ERIC PAUL MADDRON, THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, LVNV FUNDING, LLC and MAGNOLIA GREEN HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D.
