NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Judgment for Money damages dated September 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-7965 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida where PAL’S Real Estate Holdings, LLC , is the Plaintiff and AKA DIGITAL & CREATIVE SERVICE, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company, INDARDAI KAREN SEERAM, individually, ALBERT E. PODZUNAS, and PAULA PODZUNAS is/are the Defendant(s). Victor D. Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 2, 2026 the following described collateral set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
• Canon C810 Digital Press (Serial No. 3EL00619);
• Duplo Cutter, Model DC-618 (Serial No. 200352204);
• Folding Machine (Serial No. 191200988);
• Roland TrueVis VG3-540 (54″) Printer/Cutter, including the Roland TU4-540 Roll Media Take-Up Unit and Roland VersaWorks 6 RIP Software;
• Roland TrueVis TR2 Ink Set (CMYKLcLmOrGr, 500ml each) and Roland TrueVis TR2 Cleaning Cartridge;
• Drytac Media Package (four 54″ x 25′ rolls: ReTac Smooth 150 Matte, SpotOn White Matte, Polar Premium Air Gloss PB, and Polar Grip);
• Keencut Evolution3 BenchTop 160-64″ Cutter, including 100 Graphik Blades and a Double Graphik tool head (mounted);
• together with all related installation, training, and freight components described in the UCC-1 Financing Statement and Security Agreement of record.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
