NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CA-002333 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Norbar Capital, LLC is the Plaintiff and Ogbe Development and Investing Corp. and Alain Guevara are the Defendants, Kevin C. Carnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 40, Unit 7, Section 25, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 113, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH: Lot 26, Block 66, East Part Plat of Unit 12, Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 70, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
