Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure October 5, 2026, entered in Case No. 25-CA-5856 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which TRYON STREET ACQUISITION TRUST I, is the Plaintiff, and ACFS INVESTMENTS LLC, et. al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.lee. realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 2957, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 42, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 32 through 44, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with all rents, issues and profits.
