NORTH HALF (N 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4), LYING EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE DAUGHTERY CREEK, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH HALF (S 1/2) OF THE SOUTH HALF (S 1/2) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4), LYING EAST OF SLATER ROAD IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 2 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy upon Marlo B. Sloan, Esq., Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 1872 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite D, Venice, Florida 34293, on or before November 30, 2026; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
