NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 31, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-006915 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Israel Kletschka a/k/a Israel E. Kletschka, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 58, Unit 9, Section 26, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 75, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
