CHRISTOPHER C. TODD, JOANNE TODD, U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, A GOVERNMENT AGENCY and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SEASIDE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 9, less the North 1.00 foot thereof, plus the North 1.00 foot of Lot 10, SEASIDE ESTATES UNIT TWO, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 124, Pages 71-73, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with unwarranted assignment of Boat Slip as recorded in O.R. Book 13912, Page 219. With the following street address: 109 Brent Circle, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff Gross, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
