Book 4837, Page 969, and in O.R. Book 5093, Pages 1-79, amended in O.R. Book 5100, Page 1404; O.R. Book 5106, Page 449, and O.R. Book 5108, Page 1187, and any and all amendments thereto and further described in the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 45, Pages 51-56, inclusive, and any and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2026.
