YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a claim of lien for unpaid homeowners’ association assessments against the real property in Volusia County Florida, commonly known as 335 N Causeway, Unit C1, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169, and more particularly described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. C-1, and an undivided percentage share in those common elements, common property of Lot “X” which are appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of Venetian Condominium, in Volusia County. Florida, as recorded in Official Records Book 1551, Pages 453 to 523. inclusive, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Volusia County, Florida, and the survey and exhibits that are recorded in Map Book 32, Pages 25, 26, and 27, in the Volusia County, Florida.
