NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 17, 2026, in Case No. 2026 10414 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC, is Plaintiff, and JACK HENRY HAZE A/K/A JACK HAZE, BECKY HAZE, VICTORIA PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK HENRY HAZE A/K/A JACK HAZE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BECKY HAZE, are Defendants, the Office of Laura E. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM on-line at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on November 5, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, VICTORIA TRAILS NORTHWEST SEVEN PHASE TWO A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 98 AND 99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
