The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on January 27, 2027 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 5095 NEPONSET AVE, ORLANDO, FL 32808 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
