NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2025-CA-012054-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, NICHOLAS SPENCE AKA NICHOLAS ANTHONY SPENCE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on November 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 125, ROBINSON HILLS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 1 AND 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
