NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026-CA-003898-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which GITSIT SOLUTIONS, LLC, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF GV TRUST 2026-1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GLADYS I. TORRES, DECEASED; FRANCISCO TORRES, JR.; NELSON TORRES; NEREIDA TORRES; MICHAEL TORRES; DAVID TORRES; THOMAS GIRALDO TORRES; FRANK F.
