NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 13, 2026 in Civil Case No. 26000487CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and Kathleen Johnston a/k/a Kathleen S. Johnston a/k/a Kathleen E. Johnston, as Trustee of The Erle E. Johnston and Kathleen S. Johnston Trust, dated September 19, 2007, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of November, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
