NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2026 [DIN 30] entered in Case No. 26000225CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MARIA-LOUISE COQUEUGNIOT, et al., are the Defendants.
