Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2026, and entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 204, Building 13, Cypress Trace I, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2516, Page 3374, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. The foregoing description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit described above, including the undivided interest in the common elements of the condominium.

at public sale on Thursday December 3, 2026, to the highest bidder at 11am on the prescribed date in the Lobby, First Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, Collier County Government Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
