NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2026, and entered in Case No. 11-2026-CA-000233-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Char P. Lageman; Unknown Spouse of Char P. Lageman; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at First Floor, Multi-Purpose Room of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 219, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
