NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of October, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026-CA-000796 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and EXALUS ESTILIEN A/K/A EXALUS N. ESTILIEN, FERLIGRACE ESTILIEN, WILGENS ESTILIEN, NAPLES HMA INC. DBA PHYSICIANS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER SOUTH, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 26, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
