NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of October, 2026, in Civil Action No. 2026-CA-000659, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARY EVELYN SPRIGLER, is the Defendant, and REGATTA AT VANDERBILT BEACH I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November, 2026, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 1202, BUILDING I OF REGATTA AT VANDERBILT BEACH I, (the “Condominium”), a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (the “Declaration”) recorded in Official Records Book 2648, Pages 2022 through 2103, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with the following: (1) exclusive right to use Parking Space NO. PHG237, (2) the exclusive right to use the limited common elements and (3) the undivided share of the common elements of the Condominium, declared in the Declaration appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
