NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of October 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2026-CA-000999 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of December, 2026, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, First Floor Customer Service Department - Multipurpose Room, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week No. 35 in Condominium Parcel 3 of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 000959 and Page 001957 thru 002017, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
