NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 20, 2026 and entered in Case No. 11-2026-CA-001117-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Maple Ridge at Ave Maria Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Judelande Merard and Raynold Merard are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Collier County Main Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on January 14, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 155, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria Phase 7B, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 28, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 5120 Nevola Avenue, Ave Maria, FL 34142.
A statement that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
