NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2025CA004449A000BA of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LONGBRIDGE FINANCIAL, LLC, Plaintiff, and, WEBB WILLIAM WEEKS, II AKA WEBB WILLIAM WEEKS, TRUSTEE OF THE WEBB WILLIAM WEEKS, II AND CYNTHIA DIANE WEEKS REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/A DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 2017, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, BUCKEYE HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
