NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2026 entered in Case No. 25CA006641 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 24, 2026, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
