NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30th day of September 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-007369, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and FRESH LEGAL PERSPECTIVE PL, AS TRUSTEE ONLY UNDER THE 11816 MANGO CROSS COURT LAND TRUST, WILLIAM ARIAS, MERY QUEZADA, MANGO GROVES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a LUIS RODRIGUEZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a CLAUDIA LAZO are the Defendants. Victor D.
