NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 30, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-006732 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Kristen Leigh Alford a/k/a Kristen Alford, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 71 and 72, Block 5575, Cape Coral Unit 84, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 30 through 48, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
