Myers, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and Mercedes Isenbletter, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1110, CAPE CORAL UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 40 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
