NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 22nd day of October, 2026, in Civil Action No. 2026-CA-004059, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which KATHLEEN RAE STIGAR is the Defendant, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 19th of November, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Residential Unit No. 101, LOVER’S KEY BEACH CLUB & RESORT, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3226, page 3797, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
