The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 19, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 42, UNIT 11, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1914 JACKSON AVE, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33972 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
