Belmares; Francisco J. Belmares; Bridgetown at the Plantation Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2027, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1115, BRIDGETOWN AT THE PLANTATION, PHASE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2017000231904, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
