Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2026 in Civil Case No. 26-CA-002540, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff, and APRIL L. NIXON A/K/A APRIL LYNN LANEY A/KA APRIL LYNN NIXON; TOWD POINT MASTER FUNDING TRUST 2023-OM6 A; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on December 3, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
