DRANGULA are the Defendants, that Kevin Karnes, the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on JANUARY 14, 2027, beginning at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale, on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com website, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 4773, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 70, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 58 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
