PARCEL NO. 15: Beginning at the southeast corner of Sec 32, T 47 S, R 25 E, and running northerly along the east boundary line of said Sec 32 a distance of 1768.5 feet, plus or minus, to a point of intersection with the north right of way line of Tarpon Avenue, thence westerly along said north right of way line of Tarpon Avenue a distance of 2439 feet, plus or minus, to a Concrete Monument, thence to the right 89° 46’ 30” on common property line a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning, thence left 89° 46’ 30” a distance of 33 feet, thence right 89° 46’ 30” a distance of 50 feet, thence right 90° 13’ 30” a distance of 33 feet to a common property line, thence to the right with common property line 89° 46’ 30” a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning. The West 23 feet of aforementioned parcel
of land being reserved forever for ingress and egress by water and canal.
AND the North ten feet of Parcel No. 16; Parcel No. 16 being described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Sec 32, T 47 S, R 25 E, and running northerly along the east boundary line of said Sec 32 a distance of 1768.5 feet, plus or minus, to a point of intersection with the north right of way line of Tarpon Avenue, thence westerly along said north right of way line of Tarpon Avenue a distance of 2439 feet, plus or minus, to a Concrete Monument, thence to the right 89° 46’ 30” on a common property line a distance of 300 feet to the point of beginning, thence left 89° 46’ 30” a distance of 33 feet, thence right 89° 46’ 30” a distance of 50 feet, thence right 90° 13’ 30” a distance of 33 feet to a common property line, thence to the right with common property line 89° 46’ 30” a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning. The West 23 feet of aforementioned parcel of land being reserved forever for ingress and egress by water and canal.
