YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclosure a mortgage on the following real property located in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 2527, Unit 36, CAPE CORAL, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 16, Pages 112 to 130 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses with the Clerk of this Court and to serve a copy on Scott A. Beatty, Plaintiff’s attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is 8889 Pelican Bay Boulevard, Suite 400, Naples, FL 34108, within 30 days from first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
